George Mazhuga was born in the family of artists on the first day of winter. Four years later he was bawling Russian victory songs to his utmost – quite in tune. As a result his parents sent young George to a musical school. He chose a flute for its exterior beauty – shining in an orchestra pit. Some time later sounds that could be called musical started to spring up from a less shiny instrument given to George at school.

While studying at the first course on the faculty of fine arts George joined his first band. But once h got a phone call – the guitarist and producer of a well known band "Zimovje Zverey" Alexander Peterson was inviting George to take a part in a studio recording. In this band George had been playing for eight years – till he moved to Moscow.

The Russian capital became a second home to George for a while – as well as the Moscow band "Stena" – a good experience of playing funk music. But in the summer of 2006 a job proposal came from his native Saint Petersburg, calling him back. As George arrived he became an active member of a Ukrainian-language music project of Andrey Fedechko – "Sontse-Hmary". George and his colleague in this band Max Zhupikov invented something new – soon called "Minnus Trelligh".

George is ambitious, he earns money by writing soundtracks for television serials, also sometimes makes computer graphics and animation, likes sail ships (but rides a bicycle), prefers whisky to any other drinks and listens only good music.
